know that special occasions are the times that people tend

hand in hand. When we attempt to loose pounds, our health
becomes better. When we focus on our health, our weight
follows. It is a perfect balance. An emphasis on diet is the
best approach to getting rid of fat. By cutting out certain
foods and eating a mixture of mainly protein and fiber, a
weight goal is easily met. For example, letting go of white
bread will be a big help when trying to get slim.
It is always a difficult task to get rid of
sweets, but you must realize that they have to go, but not
permanently. You can always designate at least one day per week
to indulge in whatever food fantasy your heart desires. But
only allow one day. Having a day to indulge will help you to
stay motivated.
Eat whatever you want on your cheat day. Go
out to eat or buy a cake. Even if you do not want to eat bad on
that day, you should because you will want to later on. For the
rest of the week stick strictly to protein and fiber rich
foods. Some examples are lean meats like fish, chicken, and
salmon. Examples of fiber rich foods are whole grain breads,
pastas, and rice.

You should always exercise and drink water
throughout the week. A good exercise routine would be at least
four days of cardiovascular activity like walking or running,
and at least two days of weight lifting to loose pounds. You
might do upper body one day and lower body on your second day
for an even balance.
It is not difficult to loose 20 pounds if
you make it your number one commitment. When you focus on
yourself and your body, your life is much easier. You will feel
better and look better. Most of all, meeting your goal to loose
20 pounds will boost your self esteem and everyone including
