How to Loose Stomach Fat
You were always slender and thin. You had the
perfect tummy. Enter motherhood followed by middle age.
There you have it. A perfect ring of stomach fat around
your midsection. Your greatest personal desire is to have
it gone, yesterday. To lose stomach fat you will have to
first get down to your goal weight. This weight should be
somewhere around your ideal weight for your height. While
you are losing this weight though do not sit around
waiting for your stomach fat to disappear. Get up and work
that stomach fat off and begin to enter into the “lose

Losing stomach fat will take a bit more concentrated effort
and exercises specifically designed for reducing your spare
tire. The first step in the “lose stomach” project is to
decrease your caloric intake to somewhere around 1200 calories
a day. The second step in the “lose stomach” project is to work
that body like you have never worked it before. Do not just
take your exercise routine up a notch, take it up two or even
three notches. This is the only way that you will decrease that
stomach fat.

Here are some great exercises to get rid of your stomach
fat. Begin your “lose stomach” weight loss and exercise project
by vowing to exercise 4 to 5 times a week for 30 minutes. One
of the greatest exercises to reduce stomach fat is done by
lying down on your back on a weight bench or even the floor.
Bringing your arms up over your head grab onto the top of the
weight bench and hang on tight for support. Now bring your
legs, both at the same time up as high as you can and then
lower them back down. If you are doing this exercise on the
weight bench you should let your legs overhang the edge of the
bench for an optimal workout. This exercise will work the upper
and lower abdominal area where your stomach fat lies.
The second exercise that is great for losing stomach fat is
a crunch. Begin the same way as you do for the prior exercise,
but instead of lowering your legs keep them up in the air and
bring your arms up to touch your toes. Can you feel the pulling
in the abdominal area? Start out slowly with each of these
exercises doing as many as you can comfortably and add on a few
more every few days.
With continued dieting and exercising efforts you will see
the difference within a matter of weeks. You will lose that
stomach fat and have a more slender, trimmer, and healthier
body.
